Welcome to the world of Blogging! Nice picture... You mentioned that you "bought" a package with Wordpress, so I assume that means you went to wordpress.com instead of wordpress.org? No matter, really the same except one (.com) installs and hosts the software vs the other where you download and put on your own domain. Visit menalto.gallery.com for your image album software. Then visit www.galleryembedded.com for the integration with wordpress. Yes, that was the Larry you know that backed into our Volvo that we purchased in May :) No issues, its just a car.
