If you attempted to visit the site yesterday, you may have experienced an unwelcome anti-Bush splash page instead of my blog pages. This site and my other site (http://NHLPEns.com) were attacked by a hacker who replaced our page with their own silly propaganda. Of course, it happened while we were enroute to Florida for vacation, so it took a little time before I realized it and then some more time to fix it (since I don’t have access to my home computer). I am still working on getting NHLPens back online, but should have it back up this morning.
As far as vacation goes, we arrived in Crestview, Florida, yesterday afternoon after flying to Atlanta and then driving down from there. Delaney immediately met up with her friends and had a sleep over last night. Ben went to his friend’s house for a few hours and then he and his friend came back to the hotel and went swimming and played in the hot tub. Ben’s friend had a sleep over with us (at the hotel) last night since Delaney was gone. Today we are going to go to Destin with some friends and see a movie. I think they want to see Horton Hears a Who, a recently released animated movie based on the Dr Seuss story.
I am hoping to be able to get down to Eglin AFB this week and rent a boat to get out to Crab Island. I am not sure if they are renting boats yet.
