Welcome to the Tobin Family Blog and Website!
My name is Paul Tobin and I am the creator and webmaster of TheTobins.org. The primary purpose of this website is for friends and family to keep up to date with us and to share photos of the kids as they continue to grow like weeds! This is a particularly useful medium since I have been in the US Air Force and geographically separated from our close friends and family for about 18 years! I will use this site to post family activities, news, photos. and lots of other odds and ends as we see fit to print that may be interesting. I highly encourage family and friends to post their thoughts and comments here too!
Karen and I have been married since 1990 and have two wonderful kids (Benjamin and Delaney). As of Sep 2007, we live in Northern Virginia, but have spent the past 17 years living the nomadic lifestyle of the Air Force Officer. Yet no matter where we go, and no matter where we live, northern Vermont will always be home to us…there is just “no place like home”! Our previous haunts include: 5 years in Dayton, OH, at Wright Patterson AFB; 3 years in Los Angeles, CA, at Los Angeles AFB; 3 years in Satellite Beach, FL, at Patrick AFB; 3 years in Springfield, VA, at the Pentagon; and 3 years in Fort Walton Beach, FL, at Eglin AFB. I am currently assigned just outside of Washington, DC. Karen currently volunteers and is a substitute teacher at the kids school.
