Found Yuur Website ( very nize one) during the search of my ancestors by name Olsen. My grandfather was Oluf Olsen. My mother has told me that an aunt of her left for America long time ago. I am going to search for ancestors in my grandmothers maidenname, Ritter, so I think I have to learn how about to work my way through "the haystack", it isn´t easy to find my grandmothers background. But her fathers name has a kling of the way, that particular era named their sons, of chosing the name of the higer prominents. Hi there!
